Hi, My name is Beth and I am the face of Baked by Beth.
Originally from the UK , I moved with my family to New Zealand in 2008. I am married with 4 daughters.
Cake decorating started as a hobby, creating birthday cakes for my girls. The passion really kicked in when I did my first fondant decorated cake for my 3rd daughters first birthday in 2012. Since then my passion has only grown. I am self taught, watching many online tutorials and LOTS of practice.
I decided to launch Baked by Beth as a business in April 2016 whilst I am still at home with younger children and am loving the journey so far.
I work from my home kitchen which is registered under a food control plan with Porirua City Council.
As I work from home spaces for cake orders are limited so it is best to enquire ahead of time.
