Terms and Conditions
o A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. This is non-refundable. Until your deposit is paid your spot may be taken by somebody else.
o The balance of your order is due 7 days prior to collection/delivery date. Your cake will not be made until full payment has been received.
o If you book with less than 2 weeks notice then full payment is required to secure your date.
o Once your cake has been collected/delivered Baked by Beth takes no responsibility for any damage. You will be advised on appropriate care.
o Delivery may be an option for an extra charge.
o All cakes will be supplied with a cutting guide, if you choose not to follow this you may get more or fewer servings than quoted.
o Candles are not supplied with cakes.
o All goods are baked and decorated in my home kitchen, this is registered with the Porirua City Council under a Food Control Plan.
o Baked by Beth takes no responsibility for any allergy issues. All goods are prepared in a kitchen where nuts, eggs gluten are used. Baked by Beth does not offer any allergen free options due to this.
o Photos of your cake may be published online (i.e Facebook, Instagram, Website etc), Please advise if you have any issues with this.
o Baked by Beth/Purple Edge will not share any personal details.
o Please stick to the agreed collection time, a late collection may result in extra charges
o By making payment you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
